Lilian MaySANDERSOn Saturday 20th March 2021, May, aged 81 years of St Austell, passed away peacefully at Kenwyn Care Home, Truro. Much loved wife to Albert, Mum to Alison and son in law David, and Gran to Hannah and Nathan. Due to the current situation the funeral will be invitation only at Carclaze Methodist Church. To allow people to pay their respects May will be leaving her home on Thursday 1st April at 10.40am to travel up Porthpean Road, Clifden Road, Slades Road and Treverbyn Road to arrive at Carclaze Methodist Church for 11.00 am. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, for Mount Edgcumbe Hospice, can be made online at www.staustell-funerals.co.uk/donations or may be sent (Cheques made payable to: Cornwall Hospice Care) c/o the Funeral Director David Michael, V F Wedlake Funeral Directors, 2 Higher Bugle, St Austell PL26 8PY. May was a lovely lady and will be sadly missed by many. I send my condolences to Albert, Alison and family. My thoughts and prayers will be with you at this sad time. Ken.

I am sorry to read of the passing of May. I have known of her over many years ,from her work in St Austell as well as a wife and it was sad to see how much she suffered in recent times.
Albert has been a fantastic husband, always prepared to do his best and cope with the difficult situation. May she rest in peace.
